Introduction:

This event is Counterspell-Vancouver which is part of HackClub. This event allows people to create whatever they want but due to being in nature of GameJam we ask participants to make video games. This event tries to bring programmers,artisits, musican alike together to create something really cool.

Tools and Technologies:

Use Of Ai in your code is prohbited and discouraged. Although if your team doesn't have a programmer we would ask you to pivot to some other idea but if you want to make something cool we may allow undersome exception. Talk to judges before using any kind of Ai tool in broader context.

Regarding tools and software in programming or game creation part; We are open and allow you to bring those great software or art suplies or hardware or midi keyboards together and make something cool. We won't be providing any kind of device(s) like (laptop,midi keyboard or art suplies), so bring from your home or borrow from your teammate or from someone at hackathon/gamejam. We got you covered with internet/wifi so, dont worry.
